The entire pier including a distinctive central building floats on the sea. You can wait in the building or eat at a restaurant. It is a sightseeing spot in Yokohama because of its beautiful scenery. There are many piers where boats can arrive. It is a highly-recommended pier.

The bridge to Pukari Pier is illuminated with rainbow colors in winter, from November to February every year. The waiting room in the middle is also beautifully illuminated at night. It is indispensable for observing Yokohama's night view from the sea.
